Leader in Finance heading Sales Finance of an MNC FMCG, based at Gurgaon.
CA or an MBA/PGDM from a Premiere Business School with at least 12-15 years of post qualification experience in the Commercial Finance space where he / she heads the Sales / Commercial Finance in a Large FMCG and managing a large Team will be mandatory.
The role will be responsible for partnering with the sales function to deliver the organization's sales strategy, financial operations, ensure financial & operational controls and improve financial performance in Sales Finance. This is a leadership role with teams in both the headquarters and the 5 regional offices across the country.
KRA's:
- Partnering with sales teams to deliver sales strategies
- Growth analytics & insights to ensure profitable growth
- Deciding & delivering the trade spends, with the right ROI & controls
- Leading the customer claims processing
- Ensuring channel specific strategies are implemented to minimise channel interaction
- Lead receivables controls & collection
- Net Revenue Closure & Financial Reporting
- Ensuring SOX compliance and smooth audit closures for Revenue & Trade spends
- Reviewing & managing departmental overheads.
- Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
- Lead process improvement and automation in sales finance areas
