Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result- oriented Sales Head for the End User segment in the Access Control domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strategic relationships with key end- user clients, and expanding our footprint within the target industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting end- user clients across various sectors such as corporate, government, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure.

- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with end- user organizations. Build and nurture long- term relationships with key decision- makers.

- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.

- Product Positioning: Promote our access control solutions, demonstrating their value proposition to end users and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Provide coaching and development to enhance team performance.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.

- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are effectively delivered.

- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
