Our client is a leading Singapore-based multinational cybersecurity company, trusted by over 1500 global enterprises to secure mission-critical workloads across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. As part of their strategic growth plan, they are hiring a Sales Director to drive business across India and the MENA region.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy across India and MENA (Middle East and North Africa). The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and channel partners to accelerate revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and scale the regional sales team across India and MENA.

- Define and execute sales plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.

- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to drive performance across regions.

- Build strong relationships with C-level executives in enterprise accounts.

- Forecast and report sales pipeline accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis.

- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams.

- Drive partner/channel strategies in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

- Ensure high-impact customer engagements and account development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering on aggressive targets.

- Deep understanding of sales strategies in India and MENA regions.

- Strong network of partners and enterprise customers in the assigned geographies.

- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and enterprise sales tools.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% across India and MENA.

- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure solutions preferred.

- Exposure to international business culture and regional nuances.
