Objective:

The Delivery & Growth Personnel will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across people management, client governance, service offerings, marketing, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Recruitment Delivery (95%):

Requisitions :

- Ensuring new requisitions are obtained from the clients

- Tracking them with the help of MIS

- Submissions: Ensuring coverage on all active roles across all accounts . Ensure quality submissions

- Interviews : ensuring a minimum threshold of candidate interviews per account and managing them end to end

- Escalation management : Be able to manage client and candidate escalations

- Assist in responding to new RFP's

Operations (5%):

- Job Portals & databases administration and performance

- Targets

- This role has a monthly target of placements and margins

Reporting & Accountability:

Reporting:

- Daily/weekly performance reports.

- Monthly performance reviews.

- Team Key Result Areas (KRA) tracking.

- Quarterly business performance management reports.

- The role reports directly to iXceed Management.

Accountability:

- The Delivery & Growth Personnel will be held accountable for achieving the assigned KRAs.
