Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring successful delivery.
- Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor program budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and within allocated limits.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for one or more organizational programs to align with broader company goals.
- People Management: Lead, train, and manage program teams and other managers, fostering professional development and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with funding partners, stakeholders, and other internal and external groups.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact program success.
- Reporting and Compliance: Generate progress reports, ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and maintain necessary documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to integrate programs with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- 14-17 years' overall experience with 10+ years of experience in program management in Telecom/Fintech domain.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end software project deliveries.
- Proven experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is good to have.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations for clients, leadership, and project teams.
- Flexible to travel as per project needs, including short-term or extended onsite engagements.
