Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Define the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Free Learner platform and self check-out products.
- Own key business metrics of Organic Leads, CVR%, Revenue of Unassisted sales (self check-out products)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers to execute on product initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including students, marketing, engineering, and sales to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive differentiation.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
- Drive user engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative feature development and platform improvements.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for the needs and experiences of learners.
- Strong experience with customer engagement/marketing automation tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, etc.)
- The ideal candidate would have worked with platforms that involve engagement and conversion of leads through learner journeys on product.
- Proven track record of driving lead and sales through product interventions
- Proven track record in building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
