- We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing leader to drive customer acquisition and growth across digital channels. As the Director/AD - Performance Marketing, you will own the end-to-end performance strategy, lead campaign execution, manage a high-impact team, and scale lead generation efforts with a clear focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own & Scale Paid Media: Lead high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Lead Generation Excellence: Architect full-funnel strategies to drive qualified leads for business growth.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets exceeding - 5 Cr annually, ensuring maximum ROAS and efficient CAC.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2-3 performance marketers; balance team management with hands-on campaign execution.
- Campaign Optimization: Run rigorous A/B tests, creative experiments, and audience segmentation to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Attribution: Use tools like GA4, GTM, and CRM dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, content, tech, and product teams to align messaging and improve user journeys.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing - with both individual contributor and team leadership exposure.
- Proven success in lead generation and performance campaigns for fintech, e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, edtech, healthcare, or real estate sectors.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
- Data-first mindset with strong proficiency in analytics, tracking, attribution models, and CRO.
- Hands-on experience managing - 5Cr+ annual budgets with demonstrated ability to deliver high ROAS.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong executional depth.
- Exposure to early-stage growth environments or high-growth startups
