We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Director / Associate Director to lead our US Staffing division. This is a critical leadership role that will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the US Staffing landscape, a proven track record of managing large teams, and the ability to thrive in a night shift environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability. Align departmental objectives with overall business goals. Identify market trends and competitive landscape to guide decision-making. Lead, mentor, and manage large staffing teams across various verticals and domains. Set performance metrics, conduct reviews, and implement training programs. Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented team culture. Act as the primary escalation point for key clients. Ensure timely and quality delivery of staffing solutions. Develop client engagement plans and drive long-term relationships. Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards. Monitor and optimize recruitment workflows and SLAs. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance reviews to leadership. Partner with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to pricing strategies, client pitches, and proposal development. Key Requirements: Minimum 10+ years in US Staffing with a strong record of leadership in a similar domain Prior experience as a Director, Associate Director, or equivalent role in US Staffing Must have extensive experience working in night shifts Strong ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance recruitment teams Exceptional client relationship and account management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
