About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function for a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's marketing vision, driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies, and managing all growth, digital, performance, and brand marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own and drive customer acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV using analytical tools and funnel optimization
- Oversee SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, email, SMS, and app push campaigns
2. Brand Strategy & Communication
- Develop and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging strategy
- Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
3. CRM, Retention & Loyalty
- Lead retention strategies including lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and re-engagement funnels
- Increase repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value (LTV)
4. Digital & Content Marketing
- Build and oversee digital content strategies including social media, blogs, video, and product storytelling
- Lead content performance measurement and creative testing
5. Team & Budget Management
- Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performance marketing team
- Manage and optimize large marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute
- 1015 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C/consumer internet companies
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, digital channels, and growth tools
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and building loved consumer brands
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
