Duties & responsibilities:
What this job involves:
- A dynamic business leader who will serve as Director for the Industrial and Logistics vertical in Gurgaon office.
- He is responsible for owning the business targets of the Industrial and Logistics team for the respective geography and consistently delivering on top-line achievement and growth.
- This includes planning of geography specific business strategies and working closely with all stakeholders towards implementation.
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting strategy and direction for NCR Industrial, Land and Investment services team's business operations & overseeing tactical implementation
- Managing revenue and profit/loss of the team in NCR market
- Aligning geography performance with organisational growth targets
- Proactively engaging in client acquisition for highest business impact
- Being the brand advocate and face of India in NCR market
- Acting as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals
- Modelling and setting the company's culture, values and desired behaviour in team members
- Mentoring and interacting with team members at all levels to foster growth and development, encouraging other senior executives to do the same
- Developing & providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports, financial trends and operational procedures in order to assist the Management.
- Creating, improving, implementing and enforcing practices that will improve financial & operational effectiveness of the company
- Optimizing the handling of financial relationships with all external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, including sales pipeline, client relationships, and revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
To apply one must have:
- Preferred relevant client servicing experience, with existing relationships of Industrial and Logistics clients and partner network\
- Strong in-roads and relationships with significant potential clients
- Experience in hiring, managing, training, developing, supervising and appraising a team
- Ability to be accountable for the business results of the geography
Key skills:
- Acquiring clients from self -generated and third-party leads
- Identify and understand client needs clearly
- Good communication skill is a must
- Self-driven and proactive attitude towards assigned goals
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Post-graduation from a premium institute
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant work experience
