Experience:
- Looking for candidates with 15 years of Post qualification with 7 years of in-house counsel experience
Skills (Mandatory & Preferred):
- Local Employment laws is mandatory
- Experience of working in a multinational is mandatory
- APAC experience is preferred
- Experience in Indian laws + Advisory for other countries exp
- Legal council employment + labour laws
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on employment law for Advisory/Consulting in India, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Manila
- Support/lead restructures, litigation, arbitrations, M&A due diligence
- Oversee employee asset transfers between entities
- Review, draft, align employment policies, practices and employee communications across APAC
- Advise on hiring, terminations, investigations, compliance
- Deliver employment law training
