HR Director - European - headquartered MNC
Job Role:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy for India, aligned with global standards and local business objectives.
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Compliance.
- Act as a strategic partner to the India leadership team, providing expert counsel on all people-related matters.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability.
- Oversee the scaling of the HR function and processes to support business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external partners and represent the company's HR interests.
- Champion the company's values and foster an inclusive and performance-oriented driven culture
