Job Title: Director of Human Resources.

Location: Indore.

Experience Required: 12-15 years.

Industry: Tech Product.

Budget: Upto 50 LPA.


Position Overview:


We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Human Resources with 1215 years of progressive HR experience to lead our HR department.


The Director of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee growth and development, and ensuring HR strategies align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.


- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.


- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-performing individuals.


- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.


- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.


- Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance and support on strategic initiatives.


- Mentor and develop HR team members to build a high-performing HR function.


Requirements:


- Proven experience as an HR leader preferably in a tech product company or related industry.


- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.


- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.


- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.


- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive change.


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.


- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) a plus.
