Objective:
The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic HR initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, compliance, training, and HR operations to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. People Strategy (50%)
- Develop and execute strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Track team performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Implement attrition control measures to maintain workforce stability.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management Strategy (10%)
- Ensure consistent engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular governance reports on HR initiatives.
3. HR Policy & Compliance Strategy (20%)
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and industry standards.
- Oversee background verification (BGV) and compliance processes.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
4. Training & Development Strategy (10%)
- Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees.
- Drive leadership training and career development plans.
- Ensure training initiatives align with business needs.
5. HR Operations (10%)
- Oversee HRMS implementation and ensure seamless HR processes.
- Maintain accurate workforce data for smooth operations.
- Optimize HR workflows for efficiency and productivity.
Reporting:
- Daily/weekly HR performance reports.
- Monthly workforce analytics and review meetings.
- Quarterly business performance reports.
