About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), HR Shared Services (HRSS), and Talent Acquisition (TA) functions. This role is crucial in driving people strategy, talent management, and operational excellence to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Align HR strategies with business goals to enhance organizational performance.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Drive change management, culture-building initiatives, and leadership development programs.
HR Shared Services (HRSS)
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency in payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Develop and execute a robust hiring strategy to attract top IT talent.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a strong employer brand.
- Enhance candidate experience, diversity hiring, and talent pipeline strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 14-18 years of HR experience in IT services, with expertise in HRBP, HRSS, and TA.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in HR automation, analytics, and compliance.
- Proven track record in talent strategy, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
