
Role Overview:
- As the Director Human Resources, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping our HR vision, driving culture, and scaling our teams sustainably.
- Youll play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with founders and business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12- 14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth B2B or tech/startup environment.
- Proven experience in scaling HR functions in early or growth-stage startups.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in hiring, especially for technical and leadership roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, founder-friendly attitude.
- MBA in HR or related discipline preferred.
