Director - Mumbai
1. The candidate needs to have 20+ years of experience in a consulting firm or as an L&D Head in a large company.
2. The person should have handled a team of 5 or more people in the past and have good people management skills.
3. He/she should have excellent communication skills, be extroverted, and have a high emotional quotient.
4. Person needs to be able to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure and have a drive for learning and doing new things.
5. Be comfortable with managing revenues and cost budgets.
6. The individual needs to be part of HR networks and have a reasonable connect in the function across companies in the Western/Mumbai region.
Job Description
The responsibilities of the incumbent are:
- Actively participate in the acquisition of new clients & launch of new products.
- Lead the team in the delivery of consulting projects in Mumbai related to
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Leadership Development
- Talent Management
- Be directly responsible for program managing large accounts/clients.
- Maintain relationships with certain key accounts and mine the client on a long term basis.
- Be part of the country leadership Council and implement the company strategy.
- Ensure execution of Annual operating plans and be accountable for the same on a monthly/annual basis.
Qualifications:
- A person with masters/ post graduate/MBA degree from any reputed institute.
