Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the HR technology roadmap for HR Codes Consulting and its clients.
- Advise clients on HR digital transformation, system selection, and technology adoption.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Solution Deployment & Implementation:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of HR systems (HRMS, HCM, ATS, Payroll, L&D platforms, etc.).
- Lead vendor evaluation, RFP processes, and system integrations.
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
Innovation & Digital Transformation:
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to transform employee experience and HR operations.
- Explore emerging technologies (chatbots, blockchain in HR, predictive analytics).
- Establish digital adoption strategies to maximize ROI.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure HR technology solutions comply with data privacy laws (GDPR, Indian IT Act, etc.).
- Establish robust governance, security, and risk management frameworks.
Team & Client Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR tech professionals, consultants, and project managers.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business impact.
- Conduct workshops, training, and change management programs for digital HR adoption.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12 to 18 years of experience in HR technology, HR transformation, or consulting roles.
- Proven expertise in implementing enterprise HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance, L&D, workforce analytics).
- Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and change management skills.
