Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished HR Operations Director to lead, optimize, and scale HR processes, governance, and transformation initiatives across diverse geographies. This role requires a strategic and operational leader capable of aligning people practices with aggressive business growth plans in a multicultural, multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Partner with the VP of People & Culture to design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's growth and transformation objectives.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks and standardized HR policies adaptable to regional variations.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign and HR technology implementation (HRIS, talent management systems).
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact or sensitive people matters, providing practical solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce capability needs and create scalable HR programs to address them.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/Master's from a reputed institution (XLRI, IIM, SIBM preferred).
- 15+ years' HR leadership experience with significant exposure to international and multicultural environments.
- Proven success leading HR in complex, fast-scaling, international environments with distributed teams and multicultural dynamics.
- Expertise in HR transformation, governance, and technology-enabled process improvement.
- Experience managing and mentoring senior HR leaders.
- Middle East market experience preferred.
