Director/Head - Plant

Designation : Plant Director / Unit Head

Qualification : BE / M.Tech / MBA from Top institutes.

Experience : min 15 - 20 years exp from Food, FMCG, Cement, Metals, Petrochemicals , Glass ,Chemicals, Tyres , Auto OEM and Industrial Equipment industry. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Location : India

Job Responsibilities :

- Overall Responsible of P&L for Plants.

- Leadership quality and great HR & IR skills to manage a large work force, maintain relationship and liaison with various Govt. agencies.

- He will handle multiple Plant Operational Management, Manufacturing, Strategy and Planning, Plant efficiency , Audit, Legal, , Safety, Health & Environment, People Management, PR, Cost Management and IR.

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Candidate Profile :

- Having strong exposure of Overall P&L of Plants from reputed companies at National / Zonal with professional companies and competitive environment.
