Key responsibilities include:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for AI technology implementation and adoption across all GDC locations.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in different regions to achieve AI initiative objectives and drive continuous improvement.

AI Technology Implementation:

- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of each GDC, ensuring alignment with local business requirements and global standards.

- Ensure the use of cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, cloud AI services) to optimize operations and service delivery.

Adoption and Change Management:

- Drive the adoption of AI technologies by developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies.

- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance AI proficiency and foster a culture of innovation within GDC teams.

Project Management:

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects across multiple regions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Implement robust project management methodologies, including agile practices, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in each GDC, including local leadership, IT departments, and operational teams.

- Conduct regular consultations to understand regional needs and ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Implementation and Optimization:

- Monitor the performance of AI implementations, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, optimize AI solutions, and ensure sustained value delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure all AI initiatives comply with local and international regulations, data privacy laws, and Company's quality standards.

- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all AI projects and deployments.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance AI offerings across GDCs.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI teams and across all GDC locations.

Experience required:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI technology implementation, project management, or technology consulting within a global professional services environment.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives across multiple international locations.

- Experience managing AI projects in diverse regions, understanding cultural and operational nuances.

- Product owner for AI projects

- Good experience of AI, someone who is a spanish speaker would be a good fit.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), AI/ML technologies and AI product management (e.g., Certified AI Product Manager) are a plus.
