Role: Director / GM Head, Client Servicing (Event Management)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Client Servicing function in the Event Management space. The Head of Client Servicing will be responsible for driving client success, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and building long-term strategic partnerships. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to offer proactive solutions.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a client servicing/account management team.
- Define performance standards and review individual/team progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Strategic Planning
- Partner with leadership to define client strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Lead client review meetings and strategic discussions.
Project Oversight
- Oversee delivery of client work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, tech, finance) for seamless execution.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track client satisfaction metrics and service performance KPIs.
- Provide management reports on client health, risks, and opportunities.
- Recommend improvements based on insights and feedback.
