Director - Finance - FinTech

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance function, including strategic planning, corporate finance, controllership, FP&A, and treasury.

- Partner with leadership to define long- term growth strategy, including capital structure optimization, M&A, and fundraising (equity & debt).

- Establish robust processes for financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, etc.).

- Build scalable finance systems to support hypergrowth, digital- first operations, and product expansion.

- Oversee investor relations, board reporting, and financial due diligence.

- Lead and mentor a strong finance team aligned to business objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 10- 15 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong stint in FinTech, InsurTech, Payments, or Cards.

- Proven experience in fundraising, strategic finance, and scaling tech- first businesses.

- Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks applicable to the sector.

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage boards, investors, and regulators.
