Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Technology & Information Director to lead and manage a growing team of IT professionals based in India. This leadership role will focus on building, mentoring, and overseeing cross-functional teams that support technology initiatives across global operations. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and demonstrated leadership in IT delivery, operations, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead high-performing technology teams supporting global operations

- Oversee India ETI operations across multiple verticals, reporting to local and global leadership

- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the firms technology strategy

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including quality, process, and change management

- Monitor project KPIs, performance metrics, and team development plans

- Manage staffing, hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and succession planning

- Promote collaboration with global business units to support key initiatives

- Lead project delivery, IT infrastructure, systems operations, and cybersecurity practices

- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor management

- Ensure adherence to information security and compliance policies

Required Qualifications:

- Masters degree in management or equivalent

- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT with at least 10 years in leadership roles managing teams of 50+

- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level IT projects and service delivery

- Experience in performance management, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing a contingent workforce and working in a global team environment

- Strong experience in project management and technology operations

This position is based in India and reports jointly to the Managing Director in India and the Global CTO. The role supports operations across multiple international locations and requires cross-cultural collaboration and strategic vision.
