Your Role (summary): Lead Digital Sales and Business Development This role will be responsible for
1. Focus on Digital Sales growth in the form of new SIP, New Customer Acquisition, AUM and related KPI's
2. Drive all the Sales verticals viz, Own Assets, Fintech players and platforms and MFD assets
3. Connect and establish great rapport with partners be it Fintech Founders, key decision makers within the ecosystem of platforms, exchanges, MFD platforms and with similar players to keep the leadership mindshare to result into significant business growth
4. To Strategize year long business plan and growth initiatives
5. Drive SIP & NCA through key products & build AUM
6. Focus on analytics based Customer retention and more products per customer roadmap to leverage our existing customer and distributor base
7. Plan and run Cross-sell & Upsell campaigns for all three verticals of Digital business
8. Plan IE & Customer/ Product campaigns with Fintech players, MFD platforms and for own customer base
9. Scout for new Fintechs- Tie ups, agreements, Integrations
10. Innovation: Initiatives to drive MF category into future growth areas and increase the penetration of Mutual Funds into length and breadth of the country
Your will be responsible for:
- Driving New Customer Acquisition Growth
- New SIP additions and growth of SIP book
- Focus on growing the Digital Aum rapidly
- Forging leadership position with Key Fintechs and Platforms
- Innovate to get into newer areas of Mutual Fund Distribution
- The experience you bring (Educational Qualification / Experience):
- 15 plus years of Experience in Financial industry, especially with Mutual Funds, Broking firms MBA in Marketing or Finance from a premier Tier I or II institute
- Graduate, preferably from Engineering background
Certification/s: NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certified.
