Client Engagement Director
Position Summary
The Client Engagement Director is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding high-value client relationships.
Acting as a trusted business partner to executive stakeholders, the Director ensures seamless project execution, drives account growth, and aligns Our Clients capabilities with evolving client objectives.
This role demands strategic foresight, delivery excellence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels while guiding large-scale transformation and migration programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Ensure high-quality program and project delivery by collaborating with senior delivery leaders.
- Proactively mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and maintain high client satisfaction scores.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers and senior client leaders.
- Influence client strategy through data-driven insights, industry trends, and innovative solutions.
Governance & Compliance
- Oversee adherence to governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Drive timely resolution of escalated issues and ensure smooth execution across engagements.
Strategic Planning & Advisory
- Understand client business goals and market context to co-develop long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Partner with clients on digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Migration Program Leadership
- Direct large-scale migration projectsincluding cloud, application, and data migrationsensuring
minimal business disruption.
- Define migration strategies, manage risks, and oversee successful execution and cutover.
Internal Leadership & Alignment
- Align cross-functional BluePi teamsdelivery, technology, sales, and productaround shared client priorities.
- Mentor Client Engagement Managers and other team members to build capability and leadership strength within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) from a recognized institution; MBA preferred.
- Strong 15-18 years of progressive leadership in client engagement, account management, and program delivery, preferably in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts with consistent revenue growth.
- Expertise in cloud solutions, digital platforms, enterprise systems, and migration program management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
