ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - CORE FUNCTION

- Regional in charge and Responsible for Development of Residential & Mixed - use projects

- Design management in coordination with internal & External design team

- Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team

- Statutory approval - coordination & management at the regional level, with compliances

- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc., Vendors etc.,

- Capex management of all the projects. Forecasting the spend, reporting actual vs. planned, benchmarking compared to business plan, etc

- Developing and implementing Residential & Mixed - use projects strategies, plans and large-scale budgets on complex construction projects

- Establishing and maintaining effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project

- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and other performance indicators

- Interface with construction general contractors during the construction bidding, award, execution, punch-list, and closeout phases

- Responsible for developing and leading updates to the design standards and specifications for consistency, maximum system reliability and optimal facility utilization.

- Work closely with external consultants and the Development Management Team to drive value engineering initiatives and determine the scope of work

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES - CROSS FUNCTIONS

- Technical Support Sales teams

- Technical Support to Growth team

- Manage technical requirements of Customer & CRM team

- Support to Property management team and smooth handing over

- Drive the tendering and contracting process in close consultation with vertical head.

- Responsible for the technical and commercial evaluation of contractors on parameters such as past performances scheduled time, cost, accommodativeness etc.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks effectively
