We're Hiring: Head - Agri Product Management (VP Level).

Location: Mumbai.

Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate.

Experience: 17+ Years.

Reports To: MD & CEO.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the agriculture commodities business at a leading exchange.

This leadership role will oversee strategy, growth, and innovation in agri.

products - ensuring contracts are market-relevant, profitable, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Agri commodities on the exchange.

- Work with regulators, farm & trade bodies, physical market players, and internal teams.

- Launch new Agri contracts, improve existing ones, and meet revenue targets.

- Track competitor activities, market trends, and ensure contract compliance.

- Coordinate with sales, research, BD, risk, warehouse, and marketing teams.

- Represent MCX at Agri events, conferences, and regulatory forums.

- Ensure timely communication, audits, reporting, and risk management compliance.

What Are We Looking For?.

- Someone from Agri industry with knowledge of commodity derivatives, warehousing, agri supply chain.

- Strong industry connects with farmers, corporates, and trade associations.

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a bonus).

- Experience handling SEBI regulations is a big plus.

- High integrity and ability to work in a regulatory environment.
