Eligibility & Requirements :

- Recent graduates with a strong passion for HR and recruitment.

- MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Strong ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced hiring environment.

- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.

- Maintain and update recruitment databases.

- Learn and implement best recruitment practices
