
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding, including role definition, screening, interview coordination, and smooth integration of new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and assist managers with engagement and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintain employee handbook, and support audits and documentation.
- Support the performance appraisal process, employee development, goal setting, and monitor performance trends.
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and facilitate employee growth opportunities.
- Assist payroll processing with finance, maintain salary records, handle payroll-related queries, ensure statutory compliance, and manage benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and support HR projects and process improvements.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and analyze employee feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an infrastructure, construction, or project-based organization
