Senior Consultant - SAP FICO

Position's Main Objective & Nature:

- Responsible to manage and work closely with a group of functional and technical team to ensure ERP system supports group companies' financials, controls and consolidations.

- Ensure Finance module controls and integrity with all other modules.

- Accountable to resolve existing SAP ERP system issues and responsible for implementation of new ERP systems for all Group companies.

- Focuses on reviewing the existing business processes of all group companies, mapping with ERP functionalities, managing the system controls and ensuring the legal and management reporting based upon the accounting standards (IFRS/SOCPA) and global best practices.

- Leading SAP implementation project scoping, RFQ, partner comparison, evaluation and selection process.

- Handle presentations to management, BPOs, functional team and involve in discussions, to ensure leading conclusive decisions and agreements

- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, by applying functional expertise and using vast domain knowledge in finance.

- Lead the implementation team on all aspects including Blue Printing, Testing, Data Conversion, Cutover, Enhancements, Data Validations and Integration with finance

- Review existing business process of group companies and support partners in mapping SAP functionalities, considering the accounting standards (IFRS, SOCPA) and best practices

- Responsible for designing enterprise structure, group chart of accounts and ensuring legal & management consolidations

- Gather requirements and understanding integration points between finance and other business areas to ensure successful implementation for all group companies.

- Review of legacy system master data, data validation, cleansing and preparation for new ERP system

- Support management in new investments feasibility study, forming joint ventures, acquisitions and liquidation. Other duties as required including travel

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Years

Location: Al-Khobar

Minimum Education: Chartered/Cost Accountant / MBA / Certified SAP FICO Consultant

Essential Technical Skills: Good Knowledge in SAP Finance Controlling Module

Essential Behavioral Abilities: Excellent working behavior, Team Oriented, Excellent writing and communication skills

Additional Knowledge, Skills or/and Abilities: Advance Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
