Consultant - SAP PM/CS

Position's Main Objective & Nature:

Primarily responsible to configure SAP functional implementation. Organization structure design, system process design and functional solution design for PM/CS Modules, SAP rollouts and support & providing expertise to enhance our operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Minimum Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Systems

Essential Technical Skills: Good Knowledge in SAP PM/CS Module

Essential Behavioral Abilities: Excellent working behavior, Team Oriented, Excellent writing and communication skills

Additional Knowledge, Skills or/and Abilities: Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana PM/CS Module

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to implementation and configuration of SAP PM/CS modules according to business requirements.

- Responsible to Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance and customer service operations.

- Responsible to prepare functional specification documents, conduct necessary testing of scenarios for all new developments & Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand system functionalities and best practices.

- Responsible to trouble shoot user issues and fix by making appropriate functional changes to ensure that the desired results are produced.

- Responsible to prepare business blue prints, process flow charts, test scenarios, user manuals. To configure the system, test internally, conduct unit and integration testing with users.

- Responsible to master and cutover data migration to SAP. Prepare SAP templates, guide users, collect data and validate and upload in to SAP. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

- Responsible to assist go live, provide hyper care to users and ensure quick stabilization of process, fine tune and continue support.
