Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings within the client and market landscape.

- Utilize these insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, sales and customer support teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize analytical skills to interpret product usage data and contribute to data-driven product decisions.

Product QA:

- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that product releases meet the company's standards and client expectations.

- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues prior to launch.

Training and Documentation:

- Provide training to internal teams and clients to ensure effective product utilization.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications and user guides.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science or a related field.

- 1+ years of product management or related experience.

- Strong understanding of product management techniques and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
