Job Summary:
- The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for managing digital lead flows, customer experience, and the digital sales process.
- This role involves defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating with digital platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, and training the Business Development Center (BDC) team to optimize digital sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Oversee the assignment and follow-up of digital leads to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and implement strategies to improve performance.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Define and implement SOPs to ensure a seamless digital sales process.
- Coordinate with digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Platform Coordination:
- Collaborate with Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to execute targeted campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation.
Team Training and Development:
- Train and skill up the BDC team on digital sales tools and techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital sales and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on digital sales performance and present findings to management.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
