Digital Program Manager/Product Manager

Qualification: B.Tech & MBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire Digital Solution Delivery value chain for enterprise applications in the staffing industry.
- Oversee ERP, HCM, Payroll Applications, POS, and E-commerce solutions in an India-centric B2C in B2B context.
- Drive the 'Roadmap of Digitization' and rollout of critical workflows within the Operational Assets Management (OAM) platform.
- Identify and document process gaps, translating them into actionable requirements through user consultations.
- Manage evolving requirements with a focus on user experience and adoption.
- Initiate project planning, defining scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Engage vendors, build scope, and evaluate proposals to align with OAM platform needs.
- Ensure technical readiness and deploy resources at sites per business needs.
- Drive vendor engagement and manage the roadmap for feature enhancements.
- Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders to facilitate seamless digital product delivery.
- Manage digital solution delivery schedules in alignment with business requirements.
Expected Skills:
- Strong ability to engage Solution Architects, Programmers, and bridge the gap between technology and business users.
- Effective stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between the Digital Product team, leadership, business owners, and other teams.
- Project management expertise, including coordination of meetings, decision-making processes, and stringent timeline execution.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure transparency and visibility of outcomes.
- Ability to establish processes and documentation as the organization transitions to a digital-first business model.
- Identify gaps and articulate future requirements for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate training programs and ensure knowledge management best practices.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Product Management and Digital Project Management for Enterprise Applications or B2C apps serving a large user base (preferably in India).
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Privacy best practices is an added advantage
