Job Purpose
We are looking for a versatile Assistant Manager - Design to strengthen our in-house design capabilities across both Digital CX and Brand functions. This hybrid role blends UI/UX expertise with visual storytelling, enabling you to craft intuitive digital journeys and compelling brand communications. You'll collaborate with product, tech, CX, and marketing teams to deliver customer-first experiences and high-impact creatives that build trust, drive engagement, and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Deliver end-to-end UI/UX designs for customer-facing digital journeys, acquisition flows, servicing portals, and campaign interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready UI aligned with design systems.
- Support usability testing, rapid prototyping, and A/B experiments to iterate and improve experiences.
- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate across product, tech, and CX functions.
Visual Design:
- Design campaign creatives, social media assets, infographics, and product launch collaterals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual expression across channels.
- Deliver high-quality visual assets for both digital and offline platforms.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to scale content personalization and variation.
- Collaborate with external agencies when needed to manage peak creative load.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX and/or visual design, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or digital product environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital journeys, branding, campaigns, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Canva, and prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and visual storytelling.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and structured UX thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight timelines.
