Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking to hire a senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive its next phase of growth through digital-first initiatives. The organization is investing heavily in strengthening its digital presence, building scalable customer engagement platforms, and optimizing marketing performance across channels

In this role, you will lead the digital marketing agenda spanning performance marketing, app ecosystem expansion, SEO/ASO, and retention. You will play a pivotal part in shaping go-to-market strategies, enhancing customer acquisition, and driving adoption of digital platforms for both customers and channel partners

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance marketing, SEO/ASO, app ecosystem, retention, and website growth

- Manage and mentor a team of 11 digital professionals, ensuring strong execution and capability building

- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns, driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition and retention

- Lead CRM/ERP integration and scale adoption of emerging digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Taboola, C2WA, Performance Max, Advantage+)

- Launch and grow adoption of customer and channel-partner apps, achieving high engagement and sustained usage

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, including positioning, pricing, and discounting across India and international markets

Your background:

- 16+ years of experience in senior digital marketing leadership roles

- Proven expertise in large-scale performance marketing, SEO/ASO, and customer retention strategies

- Experience in CRM/ERP integration and scaling new digital channels

- Strong track record of driving app ecosystem growth and digital adoption

- Strategic exposure to go-to-market planning across Indian and international markets

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing digital teams
