A well-capitalized, early-stage startup in the rapidly growing spirituality-tech sector is looking for a high-caliber Digital Marketing Lead to join the core team and drive the next phase of growth.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership role for a top-calibre marketer who thrives on performance, creativity, and customer insight. You will lead the charge across performance marketing, content marketing, and brand marketing-with a primary focus on driving customer acquisition and ROI through digital channels.
You'll work closely with the Founder-CEO and cross-functional teams to scale the marketing engine from the ground up. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the pulse of the Indian consumer and is excited to shape a brand that blends purpose with performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
Own and execute paid marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates. Optimize CAC, drive conversions, and build scalable acquisition funnels.
Content & Brand Marketing:
Shape our brand narrative and voice through compelling storytelling across channels-email, social, landing pages, and community. Lead execution for content strategy including blog, video, and influencer collaborations.
Analytics & Experimentation:
Be data-obsessed. Continuously run experiments and A/B tests to optimize creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages. Build attribution models to track and improve performance.
Customer Insight:
Deep-dive into consumer behavior, feedback, and psychographics. Use insights to influence messaging, positioning, and product-market fit.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, ops, design, and content teams to ensure marketing aligns with user experience and company goals.
Ideal Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in performance-led digital marketing roles in high-growth Indian D2C or B2C startups.
- Strong execution experience across Meta and Google ads, content-driven funnels, and landing page optimization.
- Deep understanding of the Indian consumer-their motivations, triggers, and decision-making processes.
- Strategic thinker with creative instincts, backed by strong analytical rigor.
- Tier 1 B-School alumni strongly preferred.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate; this is a Work From Office role.
