Job Description :
- Develop and implement digital campaigns & programs to increase adoption & usage of various digital banking products and services through the available touchpoints & channels in the bank
- Drive Digital Adoption & Customer Engagement through existing physical channels of the bank like Branch, Phone banking and other Touchpoints.
- Create and execute training & refresher programs for handholding frontline & touchpoint resources to drive digital adoption & usage.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging strategies for Digital Marketing Initiatives
- Monitor D2C campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Travel to various geographies to understand customer & business dynamics and use findings to design tailor made programs & campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital banking adoption & engagement.
