Key Responsibilities :-
- Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for assigned categories revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Develop and implement a strong category growth strategy in line with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Deep-dive into performance metrics traffic, conversion, pricing, and assortment to drive category improvements.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Plan and manage promotions, pricing strategies, and campaigns to drive sales and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, product, and finance to align execution.
- Lead digital campaigns across various sales channels (website, apps, marketplaces).
- Enhance customer experience (CX) by analyzing journey data and suggesting UX improvements.
- Track NPS, reviews, and feedback to align offerings with evolving customer needs.
- Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and reports to generate insights and drive decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile :-
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Category Management in a reputed E-Commerce or Quick Commerce company.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability in category ownership, managing P&L, and optimizing digital sales performance.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- High bias for action, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
