Responsibilities:

1) Developing and executing the full digital adoption life cycle across in-house and enterprise systems.

2) Designing impactful in-app workflows and guidance to improve adoption and proficiency.

3) Collaborating with Product, IT, and Change teams to define workflows that drive business outcomes.

4) Monitoring adoption metrics and suggesting process or content improvements.

5) Configuring and customizing DAP tools in line with business and IT needs.

6) Creating digital content that supports onboarding, workflow compliance, and data accuracy.

7) Delivering continuous learning programs and best practices in digital adoption.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Digital Adoption Platforms (Pendo, Whatfix, Apty, etc.).

2) Proven experience in project management and managing multiple adoption initiatives.

3) Strong knowledge of business process mapping, analysis, and redesign.

4) Exposure to change management frameworks and design thinking methodologies.

5) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.
