Reporting to: General Manager - Total Rewards
Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage and lead their Total Rewards function. This role involves overseeing compensation and benefits strategies, HR budgets, employee data management, and HR analytics to ensure alignment with global practices and business objectives.
Team Size: People Manager - 3
Education Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory) (Premium Institutes)
Location: Bommasandra, Jigani, Bengaluru
Experience:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead the rewards COE to ensure alignment with global reward philosophy.
- Devise and periodically review benefits, perks, and allowances.
- Oversee processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, and sales incentive plans.
- Advise on policy implementation and provide expert support to stakeholders.
- Ensure employee benefits, like insurance, remain competitive.
HR Budget:
- Manage HR budgets and ensure manpower costs are tracked and controlled.
- Set governance mechanisms across HR lifecycle processes.
Data Management & HR Analytics:
- Maintain employee data accuracy and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide meaningful insights through HR metrics and dashboards.
- Conduct productivity and compensation analysis.
HRMS / BOT Management:
- Manage the HRMS system and lead the Workday implementation.
- Drive adoption of employee engagement tools like HR Bots.
Payroll & Audit:
- Ensure timely salary credits and smooth audit processes with zero compliance issues.
Role Specific Competencies:
- 12+ years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Expertise in HRMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and HR analytics tools (Power BI, QlikSense).
- Strong knowledge in job grading, benefits benchmarking, and senior management reporting.
Key Skills:
