Desire Energy Solutions - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use cases, and process flows.

- Perform data querying, analysis, and reporting using SQL.

- Leverage MS Excel (pivot tables, trackers, dashboards) to analyze and present data-driven insights.

- Work with database management and data modeling concepts to support reporting and decision-making.

- Design and evaluate dashboards & KPIs to track business performance and outcomes.

- Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams by analyzing trends and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Support technical teams with understanding business requirements and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align expectations and project outcomes.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies; knowledge of Agentic AI and AI-driven solutions is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting.

- Strong expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced functions).

- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS.

- Familiarity with database management and data modeling.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of AI concepts (Agentic AI preferred) is an advantage.
