Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Learning & Development to lead our L&D initiatives and drive organizational development strategies.

The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee capabilities across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the organization's L&D strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Lead a team of L&D professionals and manage the overall functioning of the L&D department.

- Design and implement innovative learning solutions including blended learning programs, e-learning modules, and instructor-led training.

- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.

- Manage the L&D budget and optimize resource allocation.

- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

- Drive leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.

- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technology platforms.

- Build and maintain relationships with external training partners and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

- 6-12 years of experience in L&D, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.

- Excellent project management and budgeting skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in creating and managing digital learning content.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in L&D or Training (ATD, CPLP, ISTD etc.

- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.

- Knowledge of emerging L&D trends and technologies.

- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
