Senior Derivatives Sales Trader for DII/MF Sales Trading - Job Description:
The Senior Sales Trader will manage key Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) and Mutual Fund (MF) Arbitrage clients, ensuring smooth trade execution and client satisfaction. This role focuses on ideation, execution management, and flow matching for arbitrage strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage top MF Arbitrage clients, providing tailored strategies and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate with sales and trading teams for seamless trade execution and flow matching.
- Generate arbitrage ideas, monitor churn, roll levels, and ensure effective book management.
- Stay updated on local MF regulations, ensuring compliance in all trading activities.
Preferred Qualities & Skills:
- 7-15 years of experience handling Domestic Arb MF clients.
- Strong knowledge of arbitrage strategies, trading systems, and local regulations.
- Graduate with 10+ years of experience, or MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA with 5+ years of experience.
- NCFM certified and proficient in Advanced Excel.
