Derivatives Sales Trader

JOB ROLE:

- Regularly interacting with Mutual Fund managers/ Dealers and building on existing relationships.

- Executing orders - liaise between Clients and dealers on the desk and manage the Arbitrage orders seamlessly.

- Having thorough and detailed understanding of the derivatives market and Arbitrage strategies.

- Generating and communicating different Arbitrage ideas for Mutual funds along with managing the Rollovers

- Managing client flow - communicate effectively with Institutional clients to establish credibility and trust

- Ability to properly manage multiple clients at the same time.

- Needs to do extensive product research post market hours to identify better trading strategies and to increase efficiencies at the desk

- Motivating and guiding the team for improved team performance

- Ability to deliver under tremendous pressure

SKILL:

Education and Experience:

- MBA/ CA/ CFA

- 3-5 years of relevant experience
