Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic cyber policies aligned with Cyber CoE.

- Oversee policy development, advocacy, compliance, and integration with operations.

Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years' experience, with 8-10 years in Cyber Policy.

- Proven leadership in cyber policy/governance, preferably in BFSI/IT/Government/Consulting.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and emerging threats.

- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP preferred.

2. Deputy Vice President - Cyber Academy

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and lead Cyber Academy for capacity building.

- Develop and manage cybersecurity training curriculum, workshops, and certifications.

- Collaborate with universities, academia, and industry experts.

- Drive cyber skilling initiatives for students, professionals, and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years' experience, with 8-10 years in Cybersecurity training, awareness, or academy functions.

- Strong technical and training background in cybersecurity domains (Network, Cloud, Incident Response, Forensics).

- Experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, and cyber labs.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

3. Deputy Vice President - Cyber Innovation & Simulation Lab

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and lead Cyber Innovation & Simulation Lab.

- Drive applied research, prototyping, and emerging tech adoption (AI, ML, Blockchain, Quantum).

- Collaborate with academia, industry, and government agencies.

- Foster innovation culture and simulate real-world cyber scenarios for resilience.

Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years' experience, with 8-10 years in Cyber Innovation/Simulation.

- Strong technical expertise across modern cybersecurity technologies.

- Proven track record in ideation, prototyping, and product development.

- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and align innovation with business objectives.

4. Deputy Vice President - Cyber Benchmarking Hub

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage Cyber Benchmarking Program.

- Define KPIs, assess security maturity, and compare performance with peers/industry.

- Develop improvement strategies based on benchmarking insights.

- Promote continuous improvement in cybersecurity posture.

Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years' experience, with 8-10 years in Cyber Benchmarking/Assessment.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, metrics, and evaluation frameworks.

- Experience in BFSI/IT/government/consulting roles with security maturity assessment.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications (Common for All Roles):

- BE/BTech OR MCA/ME/MTech/MSc from a recognized institution.

- Preferred: Advanced degree in Cybersecurity / IT.

- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Tech Management) desirable.
