We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager Dark Stores to oversee and scale our operational footprint.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day operations across all dark stores.
- Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service benchmarks.
- Liaise with partners to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Drive efficiencies in supply chain, staffing, and delivery processes within dark stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain) for smooth store launches and campaigns.
- Regularly audit store performance and address operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Train and guide store managers and ground staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Travel regularly to audit and support store-level execution.
- Support event planning and execution through the team.
- Deliver sales and brand store-level KPIs.
- Develop and implement growth and revenue strategies tailored to the dark store model.
- Identify and lead business development opportunities to expand store and city presence.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Lead strategic planning for store expansion initiatives, ensuring timely execution and operational readiness.
Skills and Qualification Requirements :-
- 810 years of experience in F&B, restaurant chains, QSRs, or food tech companies
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or Hospitality Management
- Prior exposure to dark store operations or multi-unit outlet management is a must
- Multi-city management is a must.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across cities and store locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team management
