- MBA or equivalent in Retail/marketing Management, with strong working experience in Retail sales, visual merchandising, store management, etc.

- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to effectively motivate, mentor, and develop retail teams to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal forms, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with staff at all levels, customers, and external stakeholders.
- A demonstrated ability to consistently drive sales results and achieve established sales targets within a competitive retail environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of visual merchandising principles, effective techniques for product presentation, and industry best practices for creating engaging and sales-driving store environments.
- A solid and practical understanding of all aspects of retail store operations, including inventory management systems and effective strategies for minimizing inventory losses and shrinkage.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex sales data, financial reports, and evolving market trends to inform sound business decisions and identify strategic opportunities.
- A strong customer-centric philosophy with a deep commitment to ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service experiences that build loyalty and positive brand perception.
- Proven proficiency in developing and managing budgets, conducting financial planning, and implementing effective cost control measures to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to address challenges proactively and make sound judgments in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing relevant retail technologies, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
