Job Title: Revenue Manager - (Deputy Manager)
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role:
You will manage P&L, drive growth, and increase profitability across Bus, Rail, and Cab booking categories. This role requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L & Revenue Management: Own business P&L, track KPIs (conversions, transactions, margins), and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Growth Strategy: Define annual and quarterly growth plans, leveraging demand insights, traffic trends, and competitor pricing.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with Marketing to design and execute campaigns that boost acquisition, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product & Operations to build seamless, customer-centric experiences and ensure high NPS/CSAT.
- Data & Insights: Conduct deep dives, financial modeling, and data analysis (SQL, GA, Advanced Excel) to identify growth levers and optimize performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering + MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1/2 preferred).
- 2-4 years' experience in P&L/category management within consumer-facing, tech-enabled businesses.
- Strong understanding of online product ecosystems, pricing, and revenue growth levers.
- Proficiency in analytics & financial modeling (SQL, Google Analytics/Omniture, Advanced Excel).
- Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, with strong stakeholder management skills.
